Never loose a screw or bolt again
After endless fretting with hex keys we decided to design furniture that can be put together without the use of any tools, screws or glue. Durable furniture that withal takes up little space in storage.
Inspired by the constructive wood joints invented by the Chinese carpenter Lu Ban about 2,500 years ago (and which everyone has seen in the form of a wooden 'Chinese' puzzle), we have designed a no-screw-no-glue series of furniture , of which the Lounge Chair Kids is part.
LUBAN stands for clear-cut, usable and easy-to-understand design. The designs are timeless and made of high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. As a result, the furniture has a long lifespan, so that future generations can also enjoy it.
