On Wednesday, February 5, Richard Polder (alderman), Harro Zanting (Director of Wooncompas) and René Flikweert (branch director of Van Wijnen) gave the go-ahead for the construction of 53 social rental homes by installing a foundation beam. The project consists of 4 2-storey buildings with gallery and corridor homes intended for the elderly. The buildings enclose a public court and share a communal living room. We often receive calls and emails from people who ask us where they can register as an interested party (with Wooncompas), which leads us to conclude that the project is well received by local residents.
